• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, complete with tracking information.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer reliable shipping options for our customers. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 7 business days for delivery after processing.

• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery times if needed.

3. International Shipping

• We proudly ship our streetwear worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your destination country.

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the real-time progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Thyshield Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier, or for delays caused by postal service disruptions. However, if your package arrives damaged, please reach out to our support team immediately with photos of the packaging and items so we can assist you.
